Let's discuss your business
Plan your ERP or POS demonstration.
Tell us your industry, number of outlets and users, and the workflows you want to improve. We will use those details to scope a demonstration and proposal.
Request a tailored proposal
Subscription scope, onboarding, hardware and any specialist integration are confirmed in your written proposal.
Email our teamThis opens your email application. No enquiry is sent until you send the email.
From first conversation to a clear proposal
1. Tell us what you need
Share your industry, preferred ERP or POS package, company count, outlets and terminals. For People, include your employee count; for OCR, your estimated monthly document volume.
2. Review the scope together
Discuss the workflows you need to see, data migration, hardware and training. Specialist industry features and MRA activation require separate readiness checks.
3. Confirm before purchasing
Review the subscription, optional packs, one-time implementation fees, VAT and total in your proposal. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or authorise a charge.
Prepare safely
Read the introductory guidesAt this stage, describe your requirements rather than sending customer lists, payroll records or invoices. Never email passwords, authentication codes, API keys or payment-card details.
Pay by bank transfer
Our initial payment method is direct bank transfer. Confirm your package and implementation scope with our team before placing a paid order.
1. Receive your invoice
Your confirmed order is invoiced with subscription charges, optional packs, applicable VAT and any one-time implementation fees shown separately.
2. Transfer with the reference
Use the bank details and payment reference on your invoice. Contact our team through your established contact channel if any payment details appear to have changed.
3. Payment is verified
Paid activation or renewal follows verification of funds received. A transfer receipt alone does not confirm that payment has cleared.
Recurring invoices, not automatic debits. The agreed monthly or annual package determines future subscription invoices. Each invoice requires payment and reconciliation; one-time setup fees do not recur.
Billing automation is being verified before launch. Your written proposal and invoice confirm the start date, due date and payment terms. An enquiry does not authorise a charge.
