Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial and no payment card is required to start one. You can use this period to decide whether ConnectERP is right for your business before any money changes hands.

2. Subscription Billing

Once your trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription on one of our published Plans, billed in advance for the billing cycle shown on that Plan (e.g. monthly or annually) in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Company Settings, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your account remains active and usable until the end of the billing period you've already paid for - we don't cut off access mid-period. Your subscription will not renew after that.

4. Refunds

Fees already paid for a billing period are generally non-refundable, including where you cancel or stop using the Service partway through a period you've paid for. We may, at our discretion, make an exception - for example where we've failed to deliver the Service due to a fault on our side, or where you've been charged in error. To request a refund, contact us using the details in Section 7 and we'll review it case by case.

5. Changing Plans

You can move to a different Plan at any time. Where a change affects your fees, we'll let you know how the change applies to your current and next billing period before it takes effect.

6. Non-Payment and Suspension

If a trial ends without an active subscription, or a subscription payment isn't received, we may restrict access to the Service until it's resolved. We'll aim to give reasonable notice before this happens, and your data isn't deleted immediately on suspension - see our Privacy Policy for how long data is retained.

7. Contact

Billing and refund questions can be sent to postmaster@connecticutcoltd.mu.
