ConnectERP

Business. Connected.

ConnectERP Point of Sale

A fast till for the counter. A connected ERP behind it.

Cashiers receive a focused selling interface connected to the platform's stock, payment and accounting records. Back-office screens depend on the purchased plan, packs and assigned role; standalone POS does not automatically include the full ERP.

POS plans include unlimited cashier/user accounts, with defined outlet and terminal limits. Split tender, held carts and reporting depth vary by POS plan. Fiscal activation is separate and subject to readiness requirements.

Retail pilot foundation

Designed for real counter controls.

Products & barcodes

SKU, barcode, product-name and category search; bulk internal barcode generation and controlled custom codes.

Flexible selling

Quantities appropriate to the item unit and POS mode, approved manual/open-price items, configurable VAT and controlled discounts.

Payment recording

Record cash, card, MCB Juice, mobile wallet, bank transfer and configured other tenders. A payment label does not itself provide a bank or payment-terminal integration.

Returns & receipts

Partial returns through credit notes, controlled refunds, stock restoration and receipt reprinting without duplicate sales.

Till accountability

Opening float, named sessions, expected cash, non-cash totals, variance review and frozen Z-reports.

Management reporting

Operational, payment mix, cash control, inventory movement, VAT and profitability reporting.

Receipt profiles

Configurable outlet identity and footer with 58 mm, 80 mm and A4 output profiles.

Roles & approvals

Cashier restrictions, supervisor approval thresholds and management-only reconciliation and reporting.

ERP connection

Sales, stock, tax, customer balances, journals and audit history remain part of one platform.

Clear implementation boundaries

Retail is offered for controlled pilot evaluation. A selectable industry demo does not mean every specialist workflow is released. Restaurant floor plans, kitchen display workflows and reservations are not yet released for customer activation.

Thermal output profiles are available, but content-sized receipt length and automatic cutting are not yet verified end to end. Cutting depends on compatible printer hardware and driver configuration; confirm this during your hardware pilot.

Offline sale finalisation is not currently supported. Each client's scanners, printers, drawers, scales and specialist devices must be tested before go-live. Live MRA fiscalisation remains disabled until the required platform approval and client-specific configuration are complete.
